LED bulbs traditional LED bulbs and water-cooled LED bulbs have been controversial. The traditional metal-cooled LED bulbs use metal heat sinks to dissipate heat. This method has two disadvantages, including thermal performance. And high prices. At this time, liquid-cooled LED bulbs were proposed. But there are few studies on its thermal performance and life parameters. This experiment compares the thermal performance and lifespan of a liquid-cooled LED bulb and a traditional metal-cooled LED bulb. The transient and steady-state temperature change characteristics of these two lamps were simulated by finite element software, and the temperature change curve and steady-state temperature field were obtained.
